GreenTech Consultants has been a trailblazer in the water and sanitation sector, and boasts an extensive project portfolio. Having implemented landmark projects such as the Jaffna Killinochchi Water Supply & Sanitation project in Sri Lanka, it has expanded its services regionally to the Maldives and Seychelles. GreenTech water and sanitation team comprises of an in-house team of professional water supply engineers, sewerage network engineers, water modelers, sewerage modelers, treatment specialists, and supervision engineers, and is further supported by both local and international professionals. GreenTech provides a wide spectrum of specialized technical expertise for Water Resource Management services such as water intake, raw water transmission, treatment (RO and conventional), treated water transmission, elevated water tanks, distribution systems, SCADA, mechanical & electrical systems, and metering. It also offers technical services for sewerage reticulation systems, sewerage treatment plants, treated effluent disposal, SCADA, and mechanical & electrical systems for wastewater projects. To compliment these technical services, it also provides capacity building services in utility management, Operation & Management of water/ wastewater facilities.
This project will provide safe piped borne water for approximately 107,000 households in seven of the most impoverished districts in the country. GreenTech in association with SWECO provides the Technical Guidance, Construction Monitoring, Training and Awareness for the Implementation of Work.
The project will overhaul and replace the outdated, existing main central pump station and connected pipe network in Victoria Seychelles. GreenTech is carrying out the feasibility studies and detailed designs for this project.
The project involved the rehabilitation of a number of minor irrigation schemes in Trincomalee, Kilinochchi, Mullaithivu and Polonnaruwa. GreenTech provided technical advice and project management support to restore damaged rural infrastructure as part of the post war rehabilitation efforts.
The project involves the development of water supply facilities in 8 atolls in the Maldives, for which Greentech is carrying out technical diagnosis and feasibility studies along with the detailed designs for water supply & sewerage facilities.
The JKWSS project is the largest ongoing water supply and sanitation project in Sri Lanka. The Project will provide urban water supply and sanitation services to these areas by rehabilitating water treatment, transmission and distribution.
